Club Exclusive Destinations
The Club Exclusive Destinations is an online and in-person meeting place reserved exclusively for the clients of the Institute for Health Management.
The Club is available throughout the year for carefully planning holidays at the seaside or in the mountains.
Each participant prepares according to personal needs and chooses between a dynamic or a highly comfortable holiday at the seaside or in the mountains – individually or in a group.
What is important and unique?
You’ve never sailed, hiked, or skied and precisely because of the disease or age you want to!
- Regular monthly meetings (virtual or live);
- Opening Ceremony;
- Annual Meeting;
- Optional stay at the seaside and in the mountains.
Club provide a great opportunity for people to explore new activities or return to their passions, regardless of age or health status.
Club will be conducted to prepare participants in two ways, depending on the needs and capabilities, for a relaxing vacation or a sports vacation.
- Organization of virtual meetings throughout the year, at least once a month, ensuring interactions and active collaboration with all entities involved in the program.
- Virtual preparatory meetings ensure equal involvement and active engagement of each participant according to their individual needs.
- Availability and accessibility of relevant program information.
- Organization of a one-day meeting and opening ceremony for the Summer and Winter Lounge.
- Coordination at the sea or mountain destinations.

- The availability and acceptability of the resources required
- Time required to prepare and conduct all parts
It is agreed upon:
- Monthly meeting objectives
- Methods of communication within the group and externally
- Dates and technical details
- Active leisure time is accessible and achievable, whether in a relaxing way or in an exciting way.
- Access to expertise and experience.
- Refreshment or acquisition of active recreation knowledge and skills.
- Receiving emotional support and motivation, achieving a sense of community.
- Encouragement to engage in or become more active in physical activities throughout the year.
- Connection with potential mentors for the development of individual ideas and programs.
- Connection with others, development of new contacts and participation in a new community of interest.
Finally, the impact is not limited to activities, but also includes the creation of a sense of community, support, and the development of personal interests and programs..
- Surveys about participants’ experience, program satisfaction, acquired knowledge and skills, and changes in their lives.
- Conversations about their experiences, changes, and recommendations for program improvements.
